1. Appointment Cancellations

Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

2. "No-Show” Policy

If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification, the appointment will be considered a "no-show." A no-show will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost, and the client may be required to provide payment upfront for future bookings.

3. Packages and Prepaid Services

For clients who purchase treatment packages, cancellation of any single session without 24-hour notice will count as one treated session.
If you wish to discontinue a prepaid package, we will review refund eligibility for unused sessions based on the value of the remaining treatments.

4. Rescheduling

Clients wishing to reschedule an appointment must provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees. Your new appointment will be set based on availability.

5. Special Circumstances

In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (such as medical issues), we will take these matters into consideration on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
